Tonight, I visited Chick-fil-A just before closing time and had an exceptional experience. Wayne greeted me with a warm smile and served me the most beautifully crafted ice cream cone I have ever seen. It was a true testament to his dedication to quality, even at the end of a long day. Additionally, Ben was incredibly kind and courteous while taking my payment, making the entire transaction smooth and pleasant. Their exemplary customer service has certainly made me a loyal customer....
