Same place as Kung Fu Tea. Was unfortunately low to mediocre. 6 dumplings for 15$, which were OK, but not good or memorable. Metal furniture that is scuffed and chipped. Empty displays and cardboard boxes fill the back of the restaurant. Exposed electric sockets give the impression the place is being renovated or just in disrepair.

The food is amazing for it to be in a location with Kung Fu Tea. It’s fresh and warm.

We had a table of 5 and ordered a scallion pancake, pork dumplings fried, crab and pork dumplings fried, and crab and pork Bao in spicy peanut sauce, chicken fried noodles, and beef fried rice.
The chicken fried noodles and beef fried rice were good.
The dumplings and Bao dough were to thick, chewy, and overall I wouldn't not rate them well. They did not taste like fresh dumplings.
I was really disappointed with the scallion pancake. It looked almost deep fried and was very thin, brittle, dry, and greasy. Anyone who has had a fresh scallion pancake would know the difference.
Staff were really nice and had great customer service. Inside was very minimalistic with metal chairs and tables but was clean and tidy.
This also not a traditional dumpling district restaurant and they only serve food in take out containers.

Extremely tasty! I have tried many Chinese restaurants around Maryland, and this might be the best bang for the buck

Girl at the register was awesome. Food (pot stickers and soup dumplings) took forever and tasted off. Stomach turned. Would not recommend.

I’ve ordered from here a few times! Glad to have an eatery different from the dozens of burgers and taco spots around here. Dumplings are definitely a go to! Ribs were decent but dumplings are clearly their specialty. Good price for the quantity and quality of food you get, 10/10 would recommend!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a recent DoorDash order. My food was mistakenly delivered to the wrong customer. When the dasher told me the restaurant would like to speak to me, I was told a new order would be remade and delivered within 20–30 minutes. I agreed and waited.
Instead of preparing a fresh order, the restaurant went back to retrieve the original order from the previous customer and attempted to deliver it to me—claiming it was still warm and untouched. This is a serious food safety issue. There is absolutely no way to know whether the food was tampered with, touched, or stored properly. It's completely unacceptable to expect anyone to accept food that had already been in someone else’s possession for over two hours.
I’m shocked this was considered an appropriate solution for the restaurant.

We ordered pork soup dumplings, fried pork bun, ribs over rice, pork chop over rice and the dumplings in chili oil. Everything tasted good. The pork chop was a dry fry no batter. It needs to be marinated longer because it didnt have too much flavor on it. Otherwise I would order again. My kids both loved the ribs over rice. The place seems like it is still under going renovations...

Friendly cafe staff. Black truffle siu loong bao was good and worth ordering again. The chicken bao were pan fried pot-sticker style and were doughy and very oily. The boba was chewy and not fresh.

Got take out (pork and chicken dumplings). These were some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had. Very surprised, I was not expecting that.

This was our firat time here and e were excited to try it because this location is closer to our house than other places we usually go to in Rockwville. We ordered the Rainbow soup dumplings, the Shanghai shu mai and the shrimp and pork won tons with chili sauce.
Overall, the soup dumplings were good but the dumpling skins were a little too thick and chewy, and there was only a little soup in each dumpling. We liked the variety of aoup dumplings though--each was unique and fillings were tasty.
The other 2 items were nothing to write home about. The won tons were wrapped with very thick wrappers like a money bag and there was twice as much wrapper as filling. The chili sauce was only slightly spicy and watery. The Shanghai shumai were not well seasoned and just bland. We would not order either of these again.
Unfortunately only an ok place for dumplings despite its name. There are better dumplings elsewhere..

Placed a large order of dumplings, rice, and noodles of 7. Order must be placed and paid for on a touchscreen. There was only one screen so our group caused a line. Was intending to do sit-in eating with group but because they're renovating, took the order home. Everything came out packaged to go. Everything was delicious! Packed well. Would definitely go back again and again. Recommend: veggie fried rice, pork shrimp shumai, cucumber and garlic, veggie steam dumplings. Parked in the free garage next to the theater.

Expensive and not tasty at all. I got the beef noodle soup and the pork dumplings in chili oil. It just doesn't taste good and the wrapper on the dumplings was chewy.
