One of the employees forgot to put the lid on my coffee, I was burnt and had to go to the hospital but the company refuses to do anything about it! I will never go to another Dunkin’ Donuts again!
I know people make mistakes but own your mistake and do what’s right for the people you hurt.
Ordered an ice coffee and it was delicious. Also added a yummy donut and it was nice and fresh! ��
