Staff here is amazing. They are kind and thoughtful. Before I even came in today they had my order in and mostly ready before I placed it.

These people genuinely brighten my day. They go above and beyond by not only being quick to get the food out, but being extremely kind while doing it. Also the food is somehow the best Dunkin’ food? Maybe it’s placebo cause I know they use the same ingredients as every other Dunkin’, but I swear they make their food with love. Thanks for being so awesome :)

Great experience at this Dunkins. I was welcomed by a very friendly and accommadating employee (Sam?). It was one of the best hot lattes I've had in awhile. Thank you for the wonderful service!

My son and I love coming to Dunkin for an after school snack. Shyam is always so friendly and welcoming. Service is wonderful and efficient. Store is clean and tidy as well. Thank you, Dunkin!

I come most mornings for morning coffee. Manager/owner greets me and says my name. When/if coffee order is wrong, they are very cheerful about making it again, even if it has to occur the next day because I have already left for work. Better priced compared to other dunkins in the area.

The woman and older gentleman (I don’t know their names) make the drinks so well here. Honestly the best made dunkin drinks I’ve had from any location. I got my order this morning and just had to write a review because this location is underrated!

Charged me $1 for a cup of water with my order without warning me, and on top of that, they almost forgot to actually give me the water. Had to remind them to give me the water.

This establishment serves good coffee, and they prepare it according to the customer's request. The atmosphere is pleasant and calm, and they serve you with kindness, courtesy and speed.

It is open from five in the morning and closes at five in the afternoon, so the hours are quite convenient. It is inside a plaza where there are other places of interest to eat and shop.

They DO NOT follow orders placed online. My wife ordered decaf coffee with hazelnut flavoring as well as sesame bagel with Turkey sausage & egg. They prepared both items incorrectly: the coffee was not decaf & there was no hazelnut flavoring in it whatsoever, while the sandwich was on an English McMuffin rather than sesame bagel that was ordered! They make no mention of the changes and you do not realize the mistakes until you’ve driven away. Stay away! Will NEVER be coming back.

Everything about Dunkin is always lacking to begin with bc I'm so used to Starbucks, but the product does what it's supposed to do with mediocre tasting coffee loaded with sugar...
