Sadly our pizzas were not made with love. We ordered 2 pizzas and both were undercooked and topping/cheese were sparse. A call was made to express our dissatisfaction to Maria. She was very unprofessional. She just argued. She asked for the pizzas back "for the chef to look at them". That isn't easy because we work at a school in Fulton, coverage is difficult however the pizzas were brought back. I just do not understand why this restaurant was so worried about money. It truly seemed as if only their opinion mattered when it came to the pizza ours did not. I'm so disappointed in this restaurant.

I Thought I recently did a review but the AC was out so it was hot in there we couldn't even order a meal ' to hot in there' , if they don't already have an AC service contract they need to check into it , ordered one drink and appetizer then out ......

Today had a heat advisory. Temps up to 100. The ac in the restaurant was NOT working. When we walked in we just thought it was warm inside but were told AFTER we ordered our food that the ac didn’t work. Made for a pretty uncomfortable dining situation. It just got hotter and hotter as the restaurant filled up. Should have closed. Not safe for diners, IMO.

I have reviewed Facci several times and for each location. The bottom line is this place just does not disappoint! Food is excellent and consistent. The service is really good and the atmosphere is beautiful. I had the Sophia Loren pasta last night and it was incredible. The appetizers are all top notch. And the bar tenders know how to make a top notch drink. We love sitting at the outside bar!

Food was good, but the desserts seemed overpriced, and the flying insects inside the restaurant were extremely annoying. There was at least one mosquito, one house fly, and one gnat that kept bothering us during our meal.

THE GOOD: The food is fantastic. GREAT taste, good presentation. A little lacking of quantity of the protein - 2 of has the Pollo and there were 2 very small pieces of chicken.
THE BAD: NOISY and they were not even crowded. Could not even hear other people at our own table speaking.
THE OTHER BAD - SERVICE: 4 of us we went there for my wife's 80th birthday. My son told the greeter that we were celebrating her 80th birthday. He again told our waiter, out of earshot of my wife the same thing. NOTHING. No acknowledgement. Just gave me the check.
The waiter was mostly absent. Almost impossible to find.
As good as the food tasted, I probably would not return.

Food was so good yesterday we had to come back! We also had two pizzas not pictured that were delicious. Fun atmosphere and great service!! Homemade past was divine!
