From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make both my husband and me feel so cared for — especially as a pregnant guest, that meant everything. Lauren was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly kind, and always one step ahead of what we needed. She checked in often, made sure my cravings were satisfied, and added thoughtful little touches that made our meal feel extra special.
It’s rare to find service that feels so genuine and personal. Lauren truly made our night memorable, and we left feeling grateful and happy. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Thaire and Carolina were super attentive and nice. Thaire had a lot of patient with me bringing me whole milk in the little sauce containers as I don’t like having coffee with creamer, I’m Colombian I get to be picky with my coffee. Anyways, since the metal small pitchers were being cleaned he brought me three of these with whole milk. I appreciate this level of customer service, ingenuity, problem solving, and capacity to make things better and easy for the guest. Caroline on the other hand since we are both Latinos, it was nice to see a friendly face to talk in Spanish and know about the area, work life balance and as I write this review, I’m noticing how impeccable she cleaned the table next to mine. Thank you guys for making my brunch moment enjoyable 🫰🏼

We usually come here regularly, but today was worse than ever. It took over an hour, the kitchen could even cook our eggs correctly, they left off items from our order, and kept burning the bacon. Not a pleasant experience at all.

When did yall stop selling fresh eggs with the food? I work in food service and is a cook. I know my stuff. I wouldn't have came I'd I knew I wouldn't receive fresh cracked eggs with my breakfast. One of the reasons why I enjoyed this place. I don't mind paying extra for real fresh cracked eggs. Went to Jam a few days later and found a new spot to eat. Just saying. They had fresh eggs.
