I order the same thing the same way all the time and I’m trying to enjoy my food but the fries are undercooked. Please slow down. Food will be ready when its ready. That’s why I order ahead. So I came to 5 Guys based on all the rave about the grilled cheese burger on IG. I made sure I asked for it with cheese like some of the influencers said. I don’t know if the chef was having a bad day but the burger meat was flavorless, like literally the meat was extremely bland and dry. I was very disappointed with my experience. all the hype on IG got my hopes up only to be let down. No need to post pics because that would be deceptive.

This guy who’s name is Martin ( idk if I spelled it right ) was really sweet , he was cool to even give me extra fries to the bag , very sweet and looks like he loves his job , DEFINITELY should get some sort of reward from his boss . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!

Unfortunately prices have skyrocketed since I last went to a Five Guys. The picture of the menu on Google is 7 years old and the price of a cheeseburger has gone from $7.69 to $11.59!!
