Unfortunately prices have skyrocketed since I last went to a Five Guys. The picture of the menu on Google is 7 years old and the price of a cheeseburger has gone from $7.69 to $11.59!!

I visited this location with my family Saturday 9/14/24. We were greeted with a smile and welcome- no major crowd in line fast and prompt service. However, my boyfriend ordered my food with an allergen product unaware for his own reasons. I went back in to ask for an adjustment to my sandwich. I ordered a grill cheese single party and bacon.

I cannot eat mayo so I asked if I could get my sandwich remade with out it. Lily the grill cook yelled over the counter from the grill telling me it can’t be done and she could make me a sandwich that was less than what we had paid for. Unexceptional. First, speaking to me from the grill, secondly you aren’t the manager so why are you yelling g at me from your station. Lily was disrespectful and not customer friendly. I then asked was she the manager and she ignored me. A male employee proceeded to get the manager- Daniel I believe appropriately took care of my concern servicing me with a customer service approach. My concern and issue is with the employee Lily who aggressively spoke to a paying customer spending over 50+ to feed my family and you tell me what you can’t do.

What she could have done was kept her mouth closed and appointed me to a manager instead of yelling from the grill demanding what I can’t have so I asked either a correct sandwich or my money back. The manager that day Daniel was helping and I want to highlight his exceptional service in a time of distress. I was with my daughter who has Diabetes and needed to eat ASAP. They were able to serve my daughter hot fries ? and I appreciate that. However Lily needs retraining.

A mi esposo y a mi familia nos gustan mucho las hamburguesas de aquí y venimos muy a menudo pero lamentablemente la chica que nos atendió hoy a las 7:15 aproximadamente es muy grosera y apenas si contestaba, nos puso una cara de pocos amigos y normalmente si es atención a clientes deben ser amables. Deberían poner personal amable para que de gusto venir.

I purchased food from this store. When I got home the paper bag tore and all the food dropped to the ground. Went back to the store explained the situation and they replaced with new food..great customer service.

Liliana needs to learn how to treat customers. As soon she saw my family walk in she rolled her eyes. She asked me what i wanted and gave me unnecessary attitude while she was taking our order. I wasn’t being difficult or asking for anything extra, seems like she just didn’t want to work but i don’t think that’s my fault nor my problem. We just wanted food everything else was unnecessary.

This is my favorite location. Team is always great - friendly & hardworking. Store is always clean. Love their burgers but I drive to this location because they make the best fries. Ever had fries cooked so long the insides are hollow? Not here. Crispy on the outside and fluffy soft creamy goodness within.
