Service Quality has slightly dipped in the past 3 months. I ordered avocado and it was underripe. Like how did no employee catch that? I like eating here but please work on staff attentiveness and attention to detail.

I arrived at 8:02 to be told to look at a very small sign...not the writing on the window which is large that they close at 8pm. Make the writing the same size and I would not have mind. I don't like 5 min away so to drive and be denied service was crazy. I was starting to come often and this has turned me away honestly. There are other great salad places that'll give me better service.

My experience here with the people have always been pleasant however the protein are absurd. The menu boosts is misleading. Ex. “The create your own” clearly states its price at $9.75 but when charged at the register it is $10.75. It also describes what all that you get and in that description it reads protein yet they charge you an additional $9 for a relatively small piece of salmon or 4 so called jumbo “cocktail” shrimp. I understand that Lashaun is the manager at this location. Please Dear do better. Either provide better quantity for the price of your protein choices or reduce its cost. I saw that the pricing on the menu board is changeable therefore including the price of the protein can eliminate misleading the customers. Also make sure that the menu board price is in sync with the computer prices. Less confusion, better quality, equals happy returning clients aka customers. Thank you for your time Beloved

This place has terrible service. They didn’t have any toppings really. The lady at the counter acted like they were closing in 20 minutes when they close an hr and a half later. The drink machine doesn’t work. They literally had no drinks available. Really???? Do better. Or hire people that actually want to work and not lazy teenagers.

Ordered 4 salads and they all had errors (missing ingredients we paid extra for, substitutions without notification). Worker at the front was the only one making the salads, so the bad review isn’t on her. It’s on management keeping them so understaffed that these errors are happening pretty consistently.

I'm officially done with this restaurant. I've ordered doordash through them 4 times and every time, something was wrong. First time, missing some ingredients on the salad. Second time, missing the bread for the salad I ordered. Third time, missing drinks that I had ordered. Last time, ordered two chicken harvest salads and neither one of them came with chicken. How does a "chicken harvest salad" get made with no chicken on it. No replacement either, they just straight up didn't put it on.

We ordered a build your own salad and it is missing toppings, some of which we had to pay extra for. We also ordered a kids meal and they forgot the chicken and the carrots, as well as the apple juice. So we paid $8 for lettuce and apple chunks. I can’t believe it’s this difficult to make a salad. The list of ingredients is right in your face. We will not be back.

This is the most deceptive menu. Even the employees had a difficult time trying to explain it. You're better off going to a restaurant, Sweet Greens or Cava which all are way cheaper.
