Ordered 4 salads and they all had errors (missing ingredients we paid extra for, substitutions without notification). Worker at the front was the only one making the salads, so the bad review isn’t on her. It’s on management keeping them so understaffed that these errors are happening pretty consistently.

I'm officially done with this restaurant. I've ordered doordash through them 4 times and every time, something was wrong. First time, missing some ingredients on the salad. Second time, missing the bread for the salad I ordered. Third time, missing drinks that I had ordered. Last time, ordered two chicken harvest salads and neither one of them came with chicken. How does a "chicken harvest salad" get made with no chicken on it. No replacement either, they just straight up didn't put it on.

Stopped by Sat 11/25 around 4:30 because I was tired of Thanksgiving food and wanted to get back on the healthy track but they were closed. No sign on when they would be back and I drove 30 mins to try them out. I left very disappointed

We ordered a build your own salad and it is missing toppings, some of which we had to pay extra for. We also ordered a kids meal and they forgot the chicken and the carrots, as well as the apple juice. So we paid $8 for lettuce and apple chunks. I can’t believe it’s this difficult to make a salad. The list of ingredients is right in your face. We will not be back.

This is the most deceptive menu. Even the employees had a difficult time trying to explain it. You're better off going to a restaurant, Sweet Greens or Cava which all are way cheaper.

I've been here on multiple occasions. The fact that they don't take cash is limiting. Customer service is almost non existent. Noone is ever at the counter upon entrance. When someone finally emerges from the back, there are no greetings, just a blank stare from an employee with a bowl on hand. The salad is over priced while empoyees are hoarding ingredients. Convenience of location is what has made me return on multiple occasions.

I had a wonderful first experience here. And the salad was awesome. I ordered the salad for two, came with crab, shrimp, and salmon, and we loved it. So worth the buy. And a lot of salad.. and the elderberry lemonade gave me life. Found a new salad place that I love.
