New owner. Here is the thing. If you are the one just care about the food and the real traditional taste, this is by far the best I've ever known. We all know the street food or the small business owner knows what to do and you will find the real secret in the food taste. Unfortunately, the owner does not know much English and he is treating customer like as if he is from small village. So it is up to you if you want to just go there and taste the food or expecting proper treatment.

I cannot guarantee whether the food is clean. The owner's attitude is unfriendly and the waiting time for the meal takes a very long time.
