The foods always great. The waitress was great, but we ordered a burger that didn't get served with the rest of the meal, even though they did bring it eventually. Everyone was nice, and we weren't mad, just a little disappointed.

Hooters has definitely gone downhill. My wings were overcooked and dry, fries were stale, trash all over the floor and service sucks (unless you're a regular because that's who the servers pay attention to). Props to the manager or supervisor though, she stepped up and took care of us when our waitress disappeared

Amazing experience, so kind and extremely quick. Everyone was extremely helpful, I would definitely recommend again. The people who helped us out was a waitress name Grace and a manager named Louis. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and not aligned with the level of service a customer should expect. Instead of providing assistance, the manager showed an unhelpful attitude, lack of courtesy, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Our food took an excessive amount of time to arrive, and the same happened with our drinks, which were also delayed. When we asked to speak with the manager about the delay, the treatment we received was terrible. This experience made my family and me feel uncomfortable, disappointed, and undervalued as customers.
