Kung Fu Tea X TKK Chicken

I have been here on many different occasions for bubble tea and I am surprised to see their new menus today!! Now they serve dim sum, noodle soup, and all kinds of soup dumplings. I ordered crab-pork soup dumplings, spring rolls and pan fried crab pork bun. All of them were freshly made and both bun and dumplings were with delicious hot soup inside, which reminded me of my home town food. Very tasty and highly recommended!!

It’s clean and the staff is so kind! Usually I send in my daughters for our pick up order and they’re always so nice to them, but today I went in and I was treated well, and I always like what I get there.

Do NOT try the Peach Tea Special!! This is what they gave me. This has to violate the health code!! Im reporting this IMMEDIATELY! I drank it down this far and I am seriously feeling unwell now. I would rate lower than one star if I could. Absolutely unbelievable.

Daughter loves this spot. We brought her to get something. Wife went to the bathroom. Said it was a mess in there and showed me pictures one of which included a used condom on the bathroom floor. Asked to speak to a manager. Girl said he was at a different location. Told her the bathroom was atrocious. She said sorry we clean in the mornings. Its currently 30 minutes after noon. Doubt we will be back

First off, it’s dirty. Floors are gross. The glass is dusty. Literal wires running over the food displays.Second, I heard the microwave multiple times and got soggy fries and rubbery chicken filet for my sandwich. The tea was decent. The storage bucket that seem to hold the powered milk was not very appealing.

Everything was great except 1 thing: the employees need to be trained so they understand that lactose-free is not the same as dairy-free. I asked if their coconut milk tea was dairy-free, and they assured me it was, but I found out after that they use Lactaid as their milk base. Now this is fine for me, because lactose is what I need to avoid, but that kind of mistake could seriously harm someone with a different dairy specific allergy. Please let your customers know that your products DO contain dairy, but are lactose-free. ❤️

Unfortunately, our experience took longer than anticipated. The customers who arrived after us received their drinks before ours, despite there being two employees present. Regrettably, another customer who entered and waited for a few minutes was not acknowledged and left feeling frustrated. Additionally, the dining area, although spacious, appeared cluttered with numerous boxes towards the back, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

Ordered Oreo wow and got regular milk tea instead. Pretty sure they didn’t add any sugar either. I just got milk and bubbles. Disgusting. How disappointing!!

I ordered a tea with bubble. It was being made when I arrived even though thru the app it showed it was ready. I didn’t have to wait long, maybe less than two minutes. However the bubble was still hard and grainy in the center. I would have waited if I would have known I’d be chewing thru hard tapioca pearls.

Food is great, bubble tea is decent. But there are some significant management issues. I come here periodically, usually when there's a deal in the app. I exclusively order in the mobile app. Every single time, without fail, the order is ready anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes after the app says it will be ready.Today, we ordered when they opened, around 11. App said it would be ready at 11:10. I arrived at 11:10, sure enough there's nothing on the mobile order counter. There's 4 of us with mobile orders waiting, one guy working. He's clearly scrambling to open (chairs are still stacked, everything is closed up, nothing is turned on, not even the register) and he's on his phone clearly trying to get management or other employees to come in. I don't fault that guy one bit, he was doing his absolute best. We're 20 minutes into the stores posted open hours at this point, tons of people coming in, one lady tried to order at the register and was told that she needed to wait five minutes. A bunch of customers just left after waiting for a while. Finally two other staff memebrs came in and helped him start rolling out drinks, again ZERO complaints about those employees they got right to work as soon as they got in and worked super fast to catch up on all the orders. I got my orders at 11:25, so an average delay in my experience.Today there was obviously some external stuff going on (there's no way there was only supposed to be one staff member opening on a Saturday), but it's a pretty good representation of the issues I've seen. I've gone here at least 50 times since this place opened. I've never had an issue with any individual employee, but there are consistent service issues in regards to timing. Either management needs to provide some more support to their staff, or they need to work with the app to increase the estimated time that orders will be ready. I'm okay with taking a little more time to get my bubble tea if that means the estimated time will be accurate, especially given that parking near this place is a nightmare and there's a ton of spots that are limited to 15 minutes.
