I’ve been going to this place for a few years and honestly the service just keeps getting worse and worse not only did I find hair on my fry’s once this is the second time that I’ve found hair on my fry’s.Not to mention instead of them making new fry’s they just refry the old ones and you can taste it a swell. Really disgusting and disappointed in the cleanliness of this place

In all honesty this use to be a great location however over my last couple of visits there always seems to be an issue. Today’s issue took the cake as the manager whom I spoke with was completely oblivious to the fact that toys could be bought separately. Upon speaking to several employees, and herself I am baffled that with me even showing the policy on how toys don’t have to be purchased with a Happy Meal, it took her calling her DM to honor the McDonald’s policy. This incident truly shows that they are down in sales and look to compensate every penny they can even if it goes against McDonald’s policy. This has become a horrible location. Prior to this incident they asked several customers including myself to drive curbside all to be served cold food, which then escalated to an even longer wait as we all took our items in for a remake.

Worst customer service at the counter. The lady didn’t care to communicate that their system was down and made us wait for a long time. Even when I asked why the fries was taking so long, she did not apologize at all. Clearly did not care.

My daughter and I went through the drive through for a quick bite to eat. The man who took my order added on a coke soda that I didn’t ask for and then proceeded to tell me that it was part of a deal that I got but my deal was only for any size fries. Upon getting to the 1st window, the lady was able to fix the issue. While my daughter and I were eating she found hair on her nugget. Just disgusting. We will not be returning by to this McDonalds again. I hope they make their workers wear hair coverings once this review is made.
It's just a Macdonald. Big mqc combo is over priced.

We tried the drive thru. I had to wait a significant amount of time for my iced vanilla latte. It did not taste good because it seemed to be missing the vanilla flavoring and any sugar.
It was a good place.
