Now that I've given this location a third try I feel like I can write a proper review. My first experience was dine in. not only was our food sub par at best the employees cared more about meaningless conversation behind the counter than they did about actual servicing the customers. We ordered carry out the second time and received raw chicken. the manager offered to remake the order however I was completely turned off by then. tonight my husband picked up a carry out order and everything was cold, unseasoned and pretty much inedible. Seeing as how this is strike 3 I don't think we'll be giving this location another chance to disappoin.

The only good thing about this place was the staff. Half of the menu wasn't available, the chicken tights are mini, mini tights, very small portion for a $25 dollars plate. Baby wings, a few French fries. The sauces are good. The sangria good. Never again. Don't waist your time and money.

Do not come in after 8pm for dinner. Every time they run out of chicken. Customer service and food are horrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Terrible service, we hesitated for 40 minutes in line because the cashier was with only 1 customer, the manager just looked and acted crazy when our turn came. The first thing she told us is that if we want to order, why do we have to wait 35 more? I don't understand how they have such a manager. Not very efficient for a restaurant that deserves better customer service. We have been here for years and it is the first time that we have met a manager who really shows that he does not care about customer service.

Waited almost 30 minutes for an order of wings. When asked what was going on I was told that wings were not ready and that there was about a 5 minute wait left. I asked why this was not communicated before we paid or even after we had been waiting and a response could not be given. Told by the manager that we would be compensated with extra wings in our order. Food did not come until about another 15 minutes later, with no extra wings. Lack of communication, dishonest, and all in all waited from 8:48 -9:30

My party thought the food was fairly good. We went for lunch, and the portions are great for a small meal with some leftovers. I liked that they had hearty bowls and salads. The lemonades were lacking in flavor, especially for the price. I also didn't like that the online order system they have makes you check out several times if you want other things along the way. So you are better off ordering everything you think you'll want right from the start. I got the peri peri chicken bowl. I wish I would have done chicken breast instead of thighs. My friend got a salad, I don't remember which one. She really enjoyed it. My husband got the peri Mac and cheese, which was good. If I go back, I'll be ordering that.
