They were busy and definitely couldnât handle the volume. We waited for a while which is fine. They have an open kitchen and honestly I didnât like the looks of it. If you are going to have an open kitchen donât make it look like a dirty McDonalds or Burger King. The prices were fair-ish is the food was at least a 4/5. The noodles were overcooked and the chicken tasted cheap, frozen, and processed. Wasnât a fan of the flavor of the chili garlic ramen. The company really needs to nail down its identity. Are you producing Asian cuisine or Italian cuisine? I wouldnât go back, but I think the business can be successful with better organization.
