I recently placed a catering order with Noodles & Company, and Ambrosia went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Despite how hectic my day was, she made the entire process incredibly easy. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped everything come together perfectly—and the food exceeded expectations! Today was my first time visiting, and I must say the male cashier was kind and hospitable. I ordered the broccoli, chicken, Cobb salad, and chicken noodle soup. It all tasted amazing and was seasoned very well.

We have ordered delivery from this location three times and all three times the order was wrong. We have allergies in the home and when the staff doesn't pay attention to sub requests like GF noodles, replacing parm crusted chicken with grilled chicken, and a request to withhold cheese, we end up with a meal that can't be eaten. We will not be ordering from this location again.

The store is dirty. None of the Employees wear gloves. They scratch their skin wipe their nose, touch things and don’t wash their hands and continue to prepare food. The manager is the same way. I visit this location February 24 Around 9 PM. I decided not to get any food for my family due to the atmosphere of the store not being clean and employees not wearing gloves contaminating other items. I would never eat at this location.

Hailey, the general manager, was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped by this location on a Sunday wanting to try the new Alfredo pasta. The service was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the food was amazing. The cook certainly made this with effort! I was also able to change the chicken out for shrimp with no hassle.

Some staff won't let you add shrimp ore other items as if the plates wore already made ore something,lol and FYI they don't have Alfreso sauce until the 9th, ""because they changing the sauce and they thought it would be enough"" but in reality it seems like there was a lack of management in this restaurant and came up short. Accordingly to corporate the sauces and ingredients are the same, so they just lie to the costumers for there lack of management.

Good food. Clean table. UPDATE 15/01/2022: I was bribed with a free soda by one of the employees if I do the survey and show it to her. My rating just went from a 4 to a 3. If the soda was a normal part of the survey, then it would have been printed on the receipt with the survey instructions. UPDATE 21/09/2024: I am done with this location. Apparently, if you want to pay with cash, you have to let them know before you place your order and want to use a simple coupon. Otherwise, it takes at least 3 people to figure out the problem. I left and will not be coming back. I have not had this problem at the Columbia location.
