Why does my food always get stolen from this restaurant when I order DoorDash. I love their food but barely can taste it as it keeps getting stolen.

I went to the Laurel location last Wednesday 11/5 to grab dinner for myself, it was my birthday. I wanted to take my food to go so I grabbed a seat at the bar. I asked the bartender what was the best steak they had, she told it was the Delmonico. I ordered the dinner with a side of grilled shrimp added. I also ordered a drink and a shot while I waited for my food to be prepared. As I sat and waited I had to constantly swat away gnats. I will say once the bartender realized she cleared away the dirty glasses and began to wipe around. I will say the bartender was lovely-kind, she offered me a free dessert for my birthday. When I received my food, I finished my drink and requested my check. I was given a handheld device to pay on, it also had a survey to complete which I didn’t a bit hesitantly (I didn’t really know how to answer honestly because my food was to go so I hadn’t even tried it or really opened it up to take a good look)— I completed it though. Long story short when I got home my order of shrimp was not there. I didn’t realize it until much later when I looked at my receipt and realized that I did order shrimp with my dinner. So I called the next day unable to receive assistance because the manager was not in. I called the following day and could not receive assistance because the manager that could provide a refund was not in. Today is 11/11, I have called multiple times and left my contact information, still nothing. I will have go to the location on my day off to speak with the/a manager to obtain my refund. Not being petty but it’s principle. I want what I paid for and since I did not get it please give me money back—simple. As far as the food I did receive, I thoroughly enjoyed my steak, the sides (mac n cheese + broccoli) mediocre for the taste of the mac n cheese. The drink at the bar was premixed and weak, I had to get a shot to make it what a mixed drink should be. Most of all the gnats were too much. I know it’s a bar area but I hate bugs especially inside around my food & drinks. The staff was lovely as far as being courteous is concerned. Outback has never been my go to place to eat and this experience besides the steak has not changed my mind.

Saturday night, I brought my kids to eat after a long day of shopping. To my surprise, the restaurant was almost empty. We were seated and sat for a while before someone asked have we been helped. Finally, the waitress came over. We gave her our order, and asked for specific things. My kids ordered me the 3-1 combo, and I ordered a salad with wings for my entree. My son asked for a plain burger, the burger came out with all of the fixings. I asked for extra dressing on the side, the kitchen added so much dressing that the salad was soup. Then after waiting and just being annoyed, I left to go to use the restroom. She came back with the check but never asked did anyone want dessert, which came with the 3-1 combos. As I was packing up my food, she reached over me to grab the check as if I was going to run out and not pay. The vibes are that this restaurant will be closing soon. It’s sad because once upon a time they had good food and great service. We decided to come here over going to another restaurant. We won’t be back. Smh
ATTENTION!!!!! This is truly the worst Outback I have ever came too if I could rate this 0 stars I WOULD. I came with my family to celebrate my grandma’s birthday and had high hopes for this place but it failed me the place was a mess trash on the floor and when we were seated no one got plates nor silverware and we had no server the first 30 minutes I should’ve taken this as my first sign to LEAVE as we were sitting waiting to get anything we overheard a manager degrading her staff in the back ! when our server finally came to are table we asked to speak to a manager to confront her about the lack of service we were receiving she had a big attitude and had a STRONG smell of marijuana. She gave us a discount for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism . As we were walking to our car parked on the side we had saw the manager and 2 other workers going by the trashcan we thought nothing of it until we saw smoke going up the air !! this is truly unprofessional and this place needs to be shut down !!the restaurant was extremely empty and now we know why !!

I was told the head chef was in. My steak came back over cooked. How that work? Especially at the STEAKhouse. And whichever bartender is on shift rn is a server. He doesn’t have the skill or timeliness to be a bartender

Dani only works on weekends but she brings the fire! Such an attentive and fun personality! Loved having her as our server. Very engaging and bubbly! She made our dining experience very enjoyable 😀
