Complete chit show of a restaurant. Place an order, and have to wait 30 mins for s sandwich, and the restaurant wasn't even busy.
To top it off, I get home, open the wrap, and they got my order completely wrong. Asked for chicken ended up with ham.
And don't bother calling the number because NO ONE ever answers. Last time going here

I regret to have to write this review, however Panera Bread y’all know better than this. I ordered one of my favorite soups, French onion, Which I have ordered multiple times from this exact location. Today, I don’t know What y’all got going on but this is not how French onion soup looks. Y’all used shredded mozzarella and it’s not even melted. This is onion soup with mozzarella in it. I’m very disappointed in you please get it together back there.

Now I’m no rocket scientist, but it really shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a cup of hot tea—especially when you have to make the tea yourself. My visit to the Panera Bread on Baltimore Ave in Laurel was met with long lines as usual, and the experience was disappointing. I’m not sure if the location is short-staffed or if the employees just lack a sense of urgency, but the service was slow and unorganized. After all that waiting, the tea wasn’t even that great.

Order always is correct, food is fresh, staff is pleasant and the managers are exceptional. I always pleasant experience there
I went to a new location today and Baltimore and that made me aware of how bad this Laurel location is. The staff is great and location is clean but I feel like I get ripped off every time I come here. When I order a sandwich, I get a tablespoon of filling. The bread is occasionally stale (hard as a rock), incorrect order or sold out of key ingredients. Main complaint is definitely portion size and inconsistencies with portions. I'll probably avoid this location now that I am aware this is just a problem at this particular location. Again, great staff and the pastries are amazing but the sandwiches... no.

Feedback for management supervising the flow line: Every single time I order a simple coffee via the app (for rapid pick-up), I end up still having to ask the staff to fetch a cup. This, despite other Panera locations where their staff always put out an empty cup waiting for me to grab and go.
Every single time I come here (50+ times in the past two years), the staff ignores my online order presumably because it’s a simple coffee order.
The app says to just grab a cup, but this location does not offer that. I don’t want to have to stand and wait in line before it’s my turn to ask the staff, I just want to grab my cup and go. As in rapid pick-up. :)
edit: Since leaving the above review, I’m pleased to report they have greatly improved with leaving out a cup everytime I order through rapid pick-up! I’ve tested this five or six times now. Review updated to five stars. Thanks management for noticing and remedying.
