Feedback for management supervising the flow line: Every single time I order a simple coffee via the app (for rapid pick-up), I end up still having to ask the staff to fetch a cup. This, despite other Panera locations where their staff always put out an empty cup waiting for me to grab and go.

Every single time I come here (50+ times in the past two years), the staff ignores my online order presumably because it’s a simple coffee order.

The app says to just grab a cup, but this location does not offer that. I don’t want to have to stand and wait in line before it’s my turn to ask the staff, I just want to grab my cup and go. As in rapid pick-up. :)

I love panera, and i order frequently, but with my order i placed today, i was disappointed. If the delivery fees are going to be higher than the pick up order, at least fill up the cup with the hot chocolate i ordered 😑 it's not even half way filled up.

Be careful with the account. They charged me 19.50 more than the bill. They said it was a tip. I never gave that tip. Check your receipt. Don't let that happen to you. . . But I talked to the manager and they returned it. The money.

Great spot, Fuji Apple Chicken Sale led is my go to. Love Panera and the food always comes out in a reasonable amount of time.
If I had to choose one form of criticism, it would be parking. There’s not a lot of parking next to it but there’s a big parking lot right across so it’s not that big of a deal. 10/10 would recommend!

Quality doesn't seem to matter at this location. Your customers rely on you to provide us with the same quality of food as if we were physically sitting inside your store. Your store failed to do that today. Y'all pissed me off so much this morning, I took time out of my BUSY morning to send an email and pictures of my food to your corporate office. I also attached the pictures for review on your side. I got the Chipotle chicken scramble egg sandwich. Take a look and tell me if you would want to eat that crap.

I ordered from the drive thru, but when i got home I had the wrong sandwich that I could not eat because I do not eat bacon, it was very frustrating. I went back the next day and spoke with Andrea the manager about the issue and she listened to me, apologized and gave me the correct order. I liked her professionalism and great customer service. Thank you Andrea. I hope i spelled her name correctly.

One star because I had to select a rating to leave a review, Totally disgusting! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwiches (2 of them) and it was a huge disappointment. The avocado was rotten—brown and mushy, completely unappetizing. It’s clear that no effort was made to ensure fresh ingredients. The sandwich was tasteless and unappealing overall.

This place needs to seriously rethink its food quality—you’re putting your customers’ health at risk!

You "don't make" poppyseed bagels. You're out of everything bagels at 8:00 in the morning. Two sesame seed bagels. Yet you have a abundance of sugary "dessert" bagels. You don't want my business? Got it. You've turned into garbage anyway.
