This one is a bit different than others I have been too. No one takes your order online or at a kiosk. It did seem to streamline the process. Then you went to a window to pick up your order.

Just left around 1:10 pm on 4/11 after standing at the counter and not being acknowledged by a single employee for 5 minutes while staff walked by us and stacked cookies directly near us. Flagged down an employee who was stacking cookies to ask if someone is working the counter, who grumbled and pointed in the direction of someone and said “she’s supposed to be but I guess I can take you before I go on my break”, straight faced with no doubt that she didn’t want to given her tone and straight face. We were the only two people in line. I understand people get busy and have breaks- a simple “someone will be with you in a moment” would have sufficed and gone a long way, as no less than 3 employees completely ignored us. As we were leaving a bus of 20+ seniors pulled up and I told one of the women good luck being served, and to not wait for someone to acknowledge them if they want to order food.

Horrible service at least for the evening shift , i went to the drive thru and the lady was rude and got my order wrong. They also didn’t tell me one of my items was out until i got to the the window. Bad attitude!!

We entered the Panera, was the only person, wasn’t greeted by the single person standing at the register. She was not friendly, not welcoming, seemed like she’d rather be at the dentist getting teeth pulled than taking our order. Table and benches were very dirty. Floor was dirty. Staff that made our food was very friendly. Mediterranean sandwich was good except the bread was hard like it was from yesterday and uncovered all night. Bread bowl was good, broccoli and cheddar soup was a bit runny. Probably will avoid this location.

Okay there isn’t much to say except when I mean toast a bagel it means to toast not burnt to a crisp. I can’t even eat it like this :|.
The food is a complete joke for what you pay, you better off eating prison food .
