I have been patronizing this business for maybe four years now. I mostly order online for pickup. Myself or my mate will either pick it up. Every time he goes to pick up the order there’s a problem with the manager whom I think is the owner. We African Americans bring you 80% of your business and that’s facts. I’ve spent plenty of money with this business. Your restaurant is just convenient from my home. I can get WAY better seafood boil’s from elsewhere. You will never receive my family’s business again! I will let my friends know to not patronize your business!!

Please have better customer service and don’t single your customers out do better RED CRAB HOUSE!!

The food is ok. But the customer service is terrible. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to order there seafood boil special and the customer service has been terrible. The first time I call the rep placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and never came back. The second time I called the rep answered and hung up. I decided to give them one more chance today and when I called a male rep answered and began to take my order then some women takes the phone asking how can I help you then hangs up me. I will no longer be giving my hard earned money to establishments with poor customer service

Menu said 1/2 lb shrimp gets corn and potatoes
I ordered 1.5 lbs
And sausage.
I got one corn.

All the food was bland, no spice taste at all.

The current proprietors of Red Crab House in Laurel, MD should be relieved of their duties immediately. This establishment was in its zenith when it operated under the moniker Red Sky—a fact the new management seems to have conveniently forgotten. The atmosphere now exudes lifelessness, and the cuisine is utterly devoid of flavor. Once upon a time, the half-priced appetizers and drinks—particularly the Red Velvet paired with champagne—were unparalleled. I would routinely expend $200 to $300 on appetizers alone, simply because the quality warranted it. That era, however, has evaporated. The rebranding has proven catastrophic, signaling sheer ineptitude in business management. As the adage goes, “do not attempt to mend what is not broken.” At present, I would rather dine at Hooters—a venue that, despite its critics, has demonstrated staying power—while this establishment languishes in mediocrity. Frankly, such prime real estate should be reserved for bona fide restaurants, not this substandard imposter. If the rating system permitted zero stars, this debacle of an enterprise—both in service and in fare—would merit precisely that.
