The credit card at pump feature is unreliable, so you often have to walk inside. The receipt at pump is frequently out of paper, so you have to walk inside to get the receipt for the car wash. Very annoying for handicapped customers.
Stopped here for chicken while on my way from Point A to Point B. The chicken and the macaroni and cheese were delicious, hot, and ready. Neither disappointed. Five stars for the food all the way. However, I needed to ask the service manager if I needed to order through the screens or could I just order with him, and he had a difficult time answering me, so I defaulted to the screens. I went in and this has happened multiple times, the young girl with braids behind the counter is always on her phone and has no manners and is not polite at all. I can understand once but multiple times on different days is by far ridiculous. As a manager this is so unacceptable and during the holidays and in retail. I wouldn’t shop in there for anything.
