I ordered tempura California roll and it was fried, it wasn't good at all. I don't understand the reason for the staff frying it. Is that normal practice?

the food here is always great! the bento box is our go-to and comes with an option of chicken or beef and if you want white or fried rice. the menu has a lot of great choices and is always fresh.

Today the girl at the counter threw the bag with my order at me, I had to catch it at the edge of the counter, after 28 minutes of waiting, only after I came to inquire if it will take more time. about 2/3 of soup was spilled in the bag, and the soup containers were soggy, which means it was in there for a long time. I am not likely to go there anymore, which is a pity, because I was going there for a long time and it wasn’t so bad before.

This is my first time buying Sarku Japan in this location. It was very disgusting , the chicken wasn’t cooked very enough The rice was overcooked and when I ordered white rice, they give me a fried rice I have to throw it to the garbage because I don’t eat fried rice. I can’t came back because I don’t have a car. Very disappointed with the service. Make me wait for 20 minutes.
