This place has gone down. The guy was joking too much taking the order and the person making the orders was inept. They were dealing between the register and the making food without dealing gloves. The place was filthy tonight. Do you really want people playing around while making raw food?

This place is so dirty. Spilled drinks on the service counter, receipts, filthy rags, muck, smugged window glass, rips on chairs, on and on. Service employee was polite. One person trying to ring orders for 9 people at once. No one here making orders.

I used to drink here almost everyday, the new recruits no only don't know how to do the drinks but also have terrible attitude, really upset with my last 2 visit.. Will stop coming for a while, hope they get better again in the future

I’ve been going to this location for awhile and staff/mgmt/quality has changed drastically. When the bowls were introduced it was an awesome product although a little small for the price. But now, quality is inconsistent…the açaí base is frozen, berries are not sweet, bowls are made sloppily and look nothing like the pictures. In addition, I’ve ordered extra bananas twice now…an up charge of $1.25 which could buy 3-4 bananas at least. Both times I’ve gotten the same if not smaller portion as the regular order. This time I asked as I picked the order up if the extra bananas were added and response from staffer was a nod of the head and direction to me to pick up a spoon at the front table. Needless to say my extra bananas were NOT on my bowl…I counted exactly 6 roughly chopped bananas. Not happy and WILL NOT be purchasing anymore bowls to be sure….….Overpriced and not even worth the effort used to make it….

The best smoothies there are, well until someone says otherwise and shows me better ones than this one, every time I go to the gym I go for one here because they are loaded with fruits and protein. If so, take your favorite, mine is the gladiator. This Recharge my energy and I'm ready to start the day happy and positive.

Three stars because Love this place, but whoever was staffed TONIGHT.. they definitely needed some kind of supervision. There were only three people in line. Took 20 minutes to even get to the cash register. The guy in front of me was in line because of an online order that was not ready.. he waited at least another 15 minutes (no exaggeration). A lady who was in line was called up to get her drink, he spilled the lady’s drink… not sure what is happening tonight.Soo I had to come back to edit and add a photo I ordered at 7:53pm I didn’t get my drink until 8:11pm… 20 minutes later AND I only spoke up and said something (trying to be patient) because some girl who came LONG after me got her drink and I’m like hello….. where is my drink I ordered way before she even walked in..

The service there was absolutely knee dropping; like the service was amazing. I would go there every week. Their smoothies are mouth-watering. You should really drink their smoothies on a daily ???
I went to Smoothie King to get another PB Swizzle™ Bowl. The first few times the bowl was outstanding.The Bowl looked just like the picture. Well this time I should of known when the employee said that they hated making the bowls that it would be a problem. The presentation was terrible with very little fruit. They should make sure who every makes the bowls that they are willing to give ? percent.

They never miss . I frequent here a lot , since I work around the corner . No matter whether it's a morning fix or a lunch time fix , the customer service remains the same . Great ! The place is always well kept and clean from the front of counter to what you can see in the back. The smoothies are great . I love how if your inside as to what smoothie to get the staff is ready with good recommendations instantly . Today, I was recommended to try the passion fruit . OMG the sweetness of the banana is amazing .

Saw that they do açaí bowls and it was absolutely delicious! Had a bad experience with the unprofessional young staff here that evening. Don’t go close to closing because they’ll let you know you’re unwelcome.

This review comes months after my initial unpleasant experience at the Smoothie King in Laurel by Mission BBQ. I was denied a refund for smoothies I no longer wanted before the first ingredient was put in the blender. I reluctantly took the smoothies to avoid leaving empty handed and without my money. I left feedback and was contacted by the owner. It was explained that the employees don’t have the ability to provide refunds and since I left with the smoothies, technically I wasn’t entitled to a refund. Ultimately, I was informed that I would receive a gift card in the mail. After 6+ weeks I contact the owner and was informed that gift card had been mailed and the store manager would contact me. The manager contacted me and said it would be mailed “today.” The card arrive and I go back to same location to use it, but it had no money on it. I contact the owner from the parking lot and was told to go back in for the employee on site to fix the issue. Today I go to another location and guess what?! The “fixed” card was invalid, thus this review was earned.
