The lady who attend is so pedant and rude, All the whipped cream spilled out of the cup and they handed it to me all dirty on the outside. the caffe dint taste a coffee it tasted just ware and cream.

I didn’t get good angles or shots but if you know this young fella, you know that he’s normally not paying attention and he confuses tall and Venti, Wasn’t pleased with fraternizing with security before I even ordered my drink and food

I don’t think the barista put any espresso or coffee of any sort in my iced apple crisp shaken espresso 😂😂 WTH am I drinking!
Overall, I should preface that I am extremely hard in reviews. And I'm over 40. So that means that in my era, we did things differently. With that said, this location is understaffed. It could use some dusting, and the boxes could be put away. The drink was made timely,
and was tasty. Management needs to pitch in until this location is properly staffed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Should be. Standard door and plenty of room to move around. Also, this location has outdoor windows for ordering and pickup.

Worst customer service. Told me they couldn't make Frappuccino because there was a back up. Then told me the blender was broke. Then on top of it took forever to make my mobile order. The employee were rude and sarcastic.

Terrible customer service. Every time I come here they never have the gift card holders for the gift card. I just went in there Saturday January 19th at 6:35pm. It's only one worker and she seemed like she's ready to go and didn't even seem to even ask can she help me. I had to say to her, "do you'll have any gift card holders and she quickly replied NO shaking her head. Didn't even ask me if I need anything else. I won't be coming here anymore. A waste and gas and time every time.

Oftentimes your drink will taste like dirt or bleach. Yes, I know what both taste like. Every single time I purchased a drink at this store I would get food poisoning.

This is not operated according to Starbucks standards. I always order on the Starbucks app. I am a regular customer who appreciates convenience, consistency and service. Today I was directed to add my own sweeteners that I requested in the app. Why? The sweetener I requested wasn’t even there, napkins were out of stock, and I had to place my cup near the trash to mix it. If I wanted to mix my own coffee, I can save my money and make it at home. Is it inconvenient for the staff to mix the drink properly as they do all day? I did pay for it after all. I can patronize a REAL Starbucks instead with acceptable service. This is a regular do whatever coffee stand.

Milk in a cup. Also no ham and Swiss baguette but you have to go to the Harris Teeter customer service to get a refund rather than at the Starbucks kiosk.
