The Thai franchise location in Laurel is usually one of our favorites, but today was a disappointing exception, marked by unusually poor service.
Despite it being New Year’s Day and the dining area completely empty, the customer service was surprisingly slow. We sat at the bar, where our waiter approached from behind to take our order. After the food arrived, he never returned to check on us or ensure we were satisfied. Furthermore, when we requested containers for our leftovers at the end of the meal, there was little thought given to the task. The waiter simply provided oversized containers that were impractical and insufficient for the different dishes we were packing separately.
While everyone can have an off day, as a loyal customer, I found today’s experience unacceptable. I’m sharing this review in hopes it’s seen and considered for improvement in the future.

I received a gift card to here and decided to try the crab fried rice. It was the best fried rice I’ve ever had. It was very moist and flavorful and had large chunks of crab meat. It was a big portion for only $22. I highly recommend it and will be back.
Update: The Street Noodles are good too.

This one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to! And I don’t say that lightly. Excellent service and the flavor is so good and they PACK the to-go orders full. Highly recommend
