I love to take Firehouse Subs, and most times, it is great, but today it was mid at best. First, only two people were working on a Friday night and everyone's orders took a long time. Secondly, one of the people working seemed like they didn't want to be there and their level of customer service was horrid. My wife's large sub only had two pieces of onion on it and when my wife commented about it, this person was rude about it and was more interested in locking...

Firehouse Subs in Lexington Park is always a reliable stop for a great sandwich. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the subs come out fresh and packed with flavor. I really like how they steam the meat — it makes everything taste better. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, and it never disappoints. Definitely one of the better spots for a quick lunch around here.

The service was excellent but my order was not right. I'm not sure if they gave me someone else's order but I was highly disappointed to go all the way home and not have what I ordered. What a missed opportunity smh

I called and they rectified the mistake. They gave me someone else's order and was apologetic. It's an honest mistake but at least they realized it and that satisfied my disappointment.
