I wish they would find a way to refund mobile orders. The last few times I've gone there I've placed a mobile order and when I arrive what I want is not available. I am then offered a substitution. no refund. It's annoying

Never again. Food was subpar and service, not the greatest. They forgot a drink and would not acknowledge me at the window. Took 5 minutes to get someone's attention. The drink fountain is within eye view but they walked away and took a while to come back with the drink. I didn't trust it and it went in the trash. This afternoon my family stopped by this Sonic and had a great experience and I wanted to share. We ordered through the app and pulled up into the space to await our lunch. The wait didn't feel too long and before we knew it, our food was being delivered by a lovely woman. She started off the interaction apologizing for the delay, we didn't even feel it was delayed.
