I am new to the area and have only visited this Buffalo Wild Wings twice. My first visit I called my order in and it wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to wait about half hour but I was pleased with my order. My second visit was worse. It was like they had no idea of my called in order so I had a long wait again. I asked if there was another establishment I could go to because I didn't want to wait. That was a complete failure.
