The manager, De’Shearia , anticipates the needs of guests. After a mix up with the shuttle which made a frustrating experience in the cold weather, she made sure her guests were acknowledged and satisfied. She makes a great hotel manager with so much on her shoulders juggling many situations. Surly appreciated.
Great place to come for a layover at BWI! $10 Lyft ride. There is not much to eat before security at the airport. We came to have lunch and relax comfortably. Great crabcakes and wings.. Good atmosphere too. Relaxing and comfortable.
Visited on February 15 & 16. Excellently prepared crab cake platter ($38). Golden brown & tender with plenty of crab, brussel sprouts tasty & cooked tender, old bay seasoned fries cooked tender & golden brown. It was so good I came back the next day for a to-go order but one of my crab cakes was slightly burnt but still had the same taste. Everything else was the same as the day before. Overall, very good and delicious. I'd definitely come back.
