I love the hotel location very close to the airport. However, I waited for 25min in a 37f temp. I was told 10-15 min for the shuttle. I called once again and the front desk were so sincere asking me to stay inside the airport and they will call me when the shuttle arrives. Please work with your transportation team. Have been here too many times. Not by choice. The final breaking point was when my broccoli was covered with black spots. I've stopped eating here. I'll freeze and walk a mile down the street to avoid the food here. Drinks are okay. Staff is friendly but can be slow at times. There really is no atmosphere here. Very boring.

Establishment definitely needs updating. Bar chair were sinking in due to them being worn. Extension cords running thru restaurant wasn’t an eye soar. Upon sitting at the bar for 6 minutes we had to ask bartender for food menu then 5 min later ask for the drink menu. Wings were good everything else meehhhh.
