The customer service was excellent. The two employees who helped us close to closing time was top notch.

Dunkin' is known for its phenomenal service, consistent and fast in making orders. The staff is kind, friendly, and accommodating. The coffee is perfect and tastes good, and the hash brown discs are delicious. The breakfast menu offers a variety of options, including egg sandwiches and bagels with cream cheese. The staff is courteous and willing to correct occasional mistakes with orders. The store is kept clean, and they are super fast and helpful. Some customers find the inside temperature to be very cold, like a "Winter" atmosphere, with snow flake ❄️. The drive-thru sometimes backs up onto the road, blocking the entrance and exit, but walking in is quick. They are good at remembering regulars.
