“Barrel 9 has all the right stuff. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, the most delicious nosh, and an amazing selection of bourbons and wine. I solely came for the bourbons to sample some of the harder allocation bottles and fell in love with the food and staff. This little gem is what the SOMD area needs more of. I highly recommend 5/5 stars!!!!”

“Im glad we ignored the few bad reviews (that are clearly just from miserable people) and tried this place tonight. This is a locally owned restaurant that, yes, is a location that was once a Moe's. Who cares? The food was incredible, the service was great, and the price was reasonable. The wings were enormous, the fried dumplings were the best I've ever had, and the stone rice bowl was outstanding. This has earned a spot as a place I must go to when visiting the area from now on.”

“We order here usually 2-3 times a month, Food is is good no real complaints there. Only issue we've found is the Fountain soda machine is dirty. The tables are sticky and the yum yum sauce dispenser is gross. The Restaurant could a deep cleaning.”

“Even though the weather was cloudy and rainy on this late September day, our group received a warm welcome and we were served professionally and with a smile. The food is personally cooked by the owner, who also came out to greet us. The entire meal was delicious, but the conch chowder was one of the best I've ever had and a perfect choice on a rainy afternoon overlooking a lovely harbor. I highly recommend this hidden gem!”

“** Online orders beware** First time ordering from any Baskin Robbins and it will surely be the last. I placed an order through the baskin Robbins website in the morning to pick- up later that evening. I got the confirmation email and my card was charged. I was actually not able to pick the order up that day, but called the next morning to make sure it was ok that I picked up that after noon. At first I was told that they didn't have my order and that they didn't have a cake decorator there so they weren't sure what to do. They would get in touch with a manager and call me back. I did get a phone call back within about 5 minutes, and was told that my cake would be ready to go by 1230. I told them I wouldn't be able to pick up until 230, it was no problem, they would have it waiting for me. When I got there at 230, the staff was clueless, still had no idea of my order. I triple checked that I had the correct store, correct numbers. I asked to speak to the manager which took a pretty long time, especially having toddlers in the car. I eventually asked for a refund, only to be told that the website was a third party and that I would have to contact customer service to get a refund. I was contacted by the manager of the store who was nice and apologetic but told me that he usually tells everyone to order at the actual store. He did also offer to have me come back in to pick up a different flavor of the cookie/ cake treat... at that point, I honestly didn't want anything from Baskin Robbins. I have ordered from many places online and have never had this issue, nor should it be our responsibility to just know that the website doesn't communicate with the stores. Still hoping that I will get the refund for the cake that I paid for and didn't receive. UPDATE...... I swear, I have never encountered worse customer service. So I contacted BR customer service on Friday and was told I would be getting a phone call back within 24-48 hours and could expect a refund within 5-7 days. Fast forward to today, I called customer service because I haven't heard a word and of course, no refund. Customer service now tells me that they don't have access to the stores system and that they wouldn't be able to give me a refund. So not only did we not get what we paid for, now we are being given the run around by both the manager and customer service.”

I have to say that is the best salmon, or meal for that matter, that I've ever had. The food is always great, but that was over the top. I hope they keep that on the menu permanently.”

“I absolutely love these people. Not only does the pizza rock, they are the most friendly people you could ever ask for. I usually have my dog with me and today they hooked me up with a water dish for her (numbskull dad forgot water) and my order was a little slow due to a big crowd so they gave me a gift certificate for later. (I’d come back regardless) I can’t say enough about the atmosphere for sure. I always feel welcome and appreciated! My dog and I love you guys!”

“My favorite thing of the night was our waitress she was perfect! Ashley did a great job at taking care of us and making sure our orders came out correctly. She was nice and always checking in on us. The chef, Val, cooked an incredible meal for me and my wife. It's the best steak I've had in the county in a while. It made me feel like I was at home. All of my food tasted so good and the atmosphere was perfect. The lighting was great and the music wasn't super loud. My wife and I definitely found our favorite steak house now. Thank you for an incredible dining experience. We will be back!”
