I ordered the chicken tenders with homemade marinara sauce & the hush puppies with honey butter as stated on the menu. My car was in the shop so I had to walk to pick up my carry out order. When I returned home there was no marinara sauce or honey butter with my order. I immediately called & was told it was a typo on the menu & the sauces didn’t come with my food. Instead of apologizing for having left out the sauces, I was told a ridiculous lie. The worst customer service ever!
Ordered a pasta dish which was supposed to have shrimp, scallops and crab. It was in a sauce. Half way through, noticed there was no crab. They didn't want to make it right and finally gave a some crab in a container to go. Manager should've have been expedient about making it right without us pushing.
Can’t go wrong at OP! One of my favs in general and especially for the raw bar!!!
