My favorite restaurant in the area! Never had a bad meal or experience. Especially like the outdoor seating!
The food was delicious today at noon. The service to eat at the bar, however, was less than favorable. The Bartender's body language was aloof - cool and distant. You know it's bad when you have to ask a passing waitress for refills;( He also failed to take away our plates. I asked another waiter to take them, respectfully. Too involved with his phone to pay attention. I saw more of his back than his red finger nail polish. For a $150.00 bill, you want courteous service, period!

Tark's Grill offers a pleasant dining experience with a nice patio area and attentive servers, making it a great spot for various occasions. The restaurant is tucked away in the Greenspring Station area within a large building that houses other businesses. It features a beautiful courtyard and two sizable dining rooms, alongside an extended bar area, providing plenty of space for guests. While it can get busy, especially during special events, the service remains excellent, and the staff is accommodating to special needs.
With a diverse menu, the restaurant serves fresh and good food, highly recommended appetizers include lobster nuggets, calamari, and an amazing tuna tartar tower. Guests can also enjoy dishes like crab dip, grilled octopus, steak fritte, seafood risotto, lobster roll, and crab bucatini pasta. A recent visitor praised the orange sesame glazed salmon with coconut rice and spinach, highlighting its freshness and flavor. The focaccia bread served at the table has been described as some of the best ever, soft and infused with herbs.
Although Tark's may not be an everyday restaurant, it's certainly worth a visit to explore their uncharted menu items. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on busy days. Dine in for the best experience, as the food is best savored when served. The lovely outdoor seating area and excellent service enhance the overall experience, making it a place where guests look forward to returning.
