“Can only speak to brunch. First the restaurant is easy to find, staff was very attentive and helpful with suggesting beers. The full English breakfast was a delicious choice! I only wish 1) it came with more bread 2) there was a choice to add on black pudding. Note I wasn’t asked how I wanted my eggs but they came out perfectly for me. Felt like a large portion for the price. Wish you could get the Anfield Ale outside of the pub. Wish they had more authentic music than top 40’s of today. Sticky toffee pudding was okay (I know the donuts are the better recommendation but my mom wanted the other)“

While the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, I highly recommend sitting outside — you’ll be right next to a playful waterfall that adds a vibrant, relaxing ambiance to your meal. When my order was ready, I was greeted again by a cheerful team member who confirmed everything and pointed out where to find extra condiments. The aroma alone was mouthwatering. The dish arrived with three perfectly golden pieces of chicken nestled atop a generous bed of thick-cut fries — or “chips,” as the Brits would say. The chicken was a standout: light, crisp, and airy on the outside, giving way to tender, juicy white meat within. The coating was flavorful without overpowering the chicken itself — a masterful balance of texture and taste. The chips were just as impressive — crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy like mashed potatoes on the inside.
