I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for its reputation of excellent service, but my recent experience at the Martin Plaza location left me disappointed and frustrated.
I went to redeem a free sandwich reward I earned after a prior bad experience. I showed the manager (Ben) both my email and receipt, but instead of working with me, he flatly told me he would not honor it. I asked if he was serious—he confirmed he was.
