The ambience was great, the sever was outstanding. The food was good except the crab cake had too much filling less crab meat. The crab dip was a dip to order. They did not have any of the drinks my family wanted that was listed on the menu. They had to substitute. Overall, I would eat there again.
Our waiter was professional, polite and courteous. Upon first sitting, we discovered two bean spouts on one of the small setting plates. Key Lime pie was low on lime flavor. The shrimp was over spiced. Crab cake was dry(suggesting warmed-over from frozen) The other servings were up to the Michael's excellence.
We enjoy Michael's. We never get a good seating even after requesting. My wife had a knee injury and was extremely painful for her to sit in a booth. We request a chair and service staff was accommodating and provided us with a chair. Few minutes later the manager forced my wife to the booth and chair was removed. Manger was stern and rude. We live In Greenleigh and our first choice has been Michael's. I guess we need to for other residents where we are accommodated...
