A relaxing atmosphere. Our table of 4 all had different menu choices & all were terrific. Crab dip is highly recommended. My spaghetti & meatballs was so oversized I could have feed all 4 of us but I did not share! We are from Nashville TN visiting friends & they made a great choice for late dinner.

A local recommended this to us as we were travelling and this was as good as they said. From the amazing crab cakes, to the incredible tiramisu, and everything in between... Can't recommend enough. Worth it!

Might seem like a great place, but quite honestly isn’t at all. Staff hates their job. Food is ok. All in all, if you aren’t paying over $120 + no matter how big your party is and don’t leave as soon as you finish they will rush you and you’ll be uncomfortable from the lack of genuinely good service, vs what they want is money. Heard employees talking about how they hate working there and how their biggest regret was putting an application in there. Red Flag. Do not recommend.

I took my mom here for her birthday. She was looking forward to their amazing crabcakes. Our waitress was incredibly friendly. We started with calamari and ordered the two crabcake Entree and the filet Oscar. The bread, salad and calamari were amazing. The entrees came out and my mom was a disappointed in the crab cake. She said it lacked flavor. She let the waitress know and was immediately asked what Entree she would like to replace it. The owner then spoke with my mom and asked if he could make it right and remake the crabcakes himself. He sent over soup while we waited and when he found out it was her birthday, he also sent over dessert. Both the waitress and the owner checked on us several times. The new crab cakes were perfect! The attentiveness, desire to fix the situation and just the overall kindness was so incredibly refreshing. We will be lifelong diners for the customer service alone! Thank you!!

I stopped in at Fratellis a couple days ago and had the chicken parmesan. The food was stellar, but what really stood out to me was Kendra’s service. She was prompt, friendly, and had an amazing sense of humor. When I come back, I will be asking for Kendra every single time.

I highly reccomend Fratellis. Their food is amazing, and Kendra’s service was nothing but top tier.

I suggested this restaurant to my mother yesterday to celebrate Mother's Day. We decided takeout would be better instead of dining in. The service on the phone was great. I was told it would take about an hour to prepare everything since they were so busy. When I arrived, l felt as though our food had been ready way before the estimated time. My son's pizza was actually cold, the Calamari appetizer was soft since it was sitting in a steamed container so long, and the other food was just warm. Overall, we were pleased with the amount of food we received and the taste of each item. I would just recommend ordering takeout from the location or immediately heading to the restaurant to pick up your food to ensure it's hot and the Calamari is crisp.

It has been a long time since I was impressed with service. The food was amazing too. Massive portions. Everyone kind and on top of everything. Will be back often.

Incredible food, incredible staff, incredible service. Makes special occasions and birthdays perfect, I’ve been for two different birthdays. Fratellis is a more upscale place so expect to spend some money there, but it’s not so upscale you can’t dress casually. It’s somewhere in the middle. The portions are huge so you will be taking home leftovers, even for adults. Good desserts, amazing bread, and good salad. It’s like a way better version of Olive Garden.
