For the second time this week I enjoyed a meal at Middletown Valley Pizzeria. On Tuesday my dad and I tried the meatball subs, and even the smaller 8" version was huge. It was hot, tasty, and arrived quickly after ordering. This evening my husband and I ordered the Margherita pizza for date night, and again, we were impressed. The crust was crisp and the sauce (which they make in house)was delightfully fresh. The price point was reasonable...and reasonably priced restaurants in Middletown is something we could use more of. Give the place a try, they could use the support, and you will like the pizza. We'll definitely be back.

I ordered a pizza on the second day they were open and we had to wait quite awhile for our order. So the owner, Josh gave us our pizza for free and told us to come back for another free pizza. So 2 months later I call to order another pizza and told Josh about the free offer. He said “I trust you, what can I get you?” Great customer service and the pizza was amazing. Focaccia bread was also soooo good. Great addition to Middletown!

Website says that they are open. Called to be sure and was told they were open. Went there. Closed. Not a good way to do business.

We have ordered a few times since the change of ownership. Everything has been fresh and delicious. Got the chicken parm sub, the steak sub, the meatball sub, and a calzone + the steak calzone and a cheese pizza. Requested the pizza well done, and it came out perfectly crispy. Everything was fresh and delicious, portions were generous, and the owner himself came out to say hello and thanks for putting in a big order. The marinara that came with the calzone was flavorful and yummy. They are getting up and running, and not compromising on quality. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Wanted to give them another try after some bad experiences before the refurbish.
Ordered a pizza on their website. Arrived at time it said pizza would be ready.
It wasn’t but was told 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later the pizza was in line to go into oven.
The gentleman who ran Verona’s was a retired Navy cook. These folks don’t deserve my business.

We ordered carry out from here last night. Our food was delicious! It might just be our new go to spot for pizza. The service was also fantastic.

First time trying. Good pizza. Love the little pepperoni. Wings are meaty and the buffalo sauce was hot but not over powering.

This place is brand new so definitely have some growing pains, but our server was so friendly! First, I got the chicken parm sub and the chicken was AMAZING, butttt not at all breaded like the menu suggests. I’d also recommend getting a honey mustard dressing if you’re offering it as a salad dressing choice. The honey, mustard dipping sauce you offer is really yummy, but my wife ordered a honey mustard dressing and ended up getting the same dipping sauce and was not a fan of the way it tasted on her salad- there is generally a difference.

We will definitely be back once the wrinkles are ironed out and this restaurant becomes a little more established!

A solid pizza option in the Middletown area! Good fresh salad as well. We will be ordering from here again in the future for sure.

Might be the best pizza in Middletown. Got the carne and a cheese and both were delicious. They had just opened and were a little over whelmed by the number of orders. So, they could use more staff on a Saturday night. Never the less, the guy brought the pizzas out of the kitchen and apologized right away for the wait. Will be back.
