Quaint and picturesque. Friendly staff. Not much parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Relaxing place to socialize.

Drove an hour or so to come check out Orchid Meadery- came specifically for their Mead- and it did not disappoint! These folks were very kind and great to get to know their story- and their Mead is really something else. This family came all the way from Poland 20+ years ago and have been making Mead all this time. Their process and products are refined and perfected for a beautiful variety of well-made Mead products. Some of the best Mead we’ve ever encountered in the US thus far. Please come out and check out this place- definitely a hidden gem!

Recommendation for the owners - you have some great mead cocktail recipes on your website, you should sell those in site!

I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced such a personalized service at an establishment. We went as a group (4 total) when there weren’t many other customers, which gave us the chance to really engage with the staff there and really understand the variety of mead wine they had to offer. I wish they were closer to DC, I definitely want to go back! Shout out to Danny! He took his time to really understand the flavor profile we individually like

I had an amazing experience at Orchid Cellar Meadery! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the mead selection is impressive. There are so many great options, whether you prefer something fruity, spicy, or more on the traditional side.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Danny, who took great care of us. He was super knowledgeable about all the different meads and made fantastic recommendations based on our preferences. His passion for what he does really shines through, and he made our visit that much more enjoyable.

Delicious meads and beautiful views! Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions, telling a lot about the leaders and the products. Wish there were more activities going on there, this place has so much potential: live music, food trucks, games, etc.

Absolutely love this ? only 20 minutes from Frederick Maryland. The most unique mead. Beautiful atmosphere! I've celebrated new years eve here and it's a go to spot for a girls day! They have ample parkin and also offer some light snacks and non-alchol beverages. They have corn hole and ample picnic space (bringing your own food is encouraged).
