The vibes were great! And the drinks were super tasty.

We really liked: Heirloom Cider, Blackberry, hunter (Hot pepper one).

Recommendation for the owners - you have some great mead cocktail recipes on your website, you should sell those in site!

I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced such a personalized service at an establishment. We went as a group (4 total) when there weren’t many other customers, which gave us the chance to really engage with the staff there and really understand the variety of mead wine they had to offer. I wish they were closer to DC, I definitely want to go back! Shout out to Danny! He took his time to really understand the flavor profile we individually like

I had an amazing experience at Orchid Cellar Meadery! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the mead selection is impressive. There are so many great options, whether you prefer something fruity, spicy, or more on the traditional side.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Danny, who took great care of us. He was super knowledgeable about all the different meads and made fantastic recommendations based on our preferences. His passion for what he does really shines through, and he made our visit that much more enjoyable.

Delicious meads and beautiful views! Staff was friendly and answered all of our questions, telling a lot about the leaders and the products. Wish there were more activities going on there, this place has so much potential: live music, food trucks, games, etc.

Absolutely love this ? only 20 minutes from Frederick Maryland. The most unique mead. Beautiful atmosphere! I've celebrated new years eve here and it's a go to spot for a girls day! They have ample parkin and also offer some light snacks and non-alchol beverages. They have corn hole and ample picnic space (bringing your own food is encouraged).

Delicious mead! They also have wine and a pretty good snack menu. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch as well. Very dog friendly! Sampled the flight of classic meads and took some home as well. Nice patio and outdoor seating. Worth the drive if you're in the area!

I don’t believe I’ve ever had mead before- this mead wowed my socks off! We seemed to like the classic mead more than the bubbly’s. However, the bubbly’s were more fruity & still delicious.They did sell some snacks, sold pre-packaged, which was fine by me as I couldn’t finish all the crackers.There was only one worker, who was great! He was the tasting room manager, and did a great job telling us all about the mead and answering our 5001 questions.The view and atmosphere was stunning- even at the beginning of March. I’m looking forward to going back through the seasons to sip and relax.

Thank you for repping Maryland in a positive manner.The flight we had was decent except one of the drinks were sour(haven’t ever had that happen before and we’ve been to MANY wineries and meaderies) in our travels. One of the best places for mead in the US. A very nice tasting room, with recipes for their meads that have been passed down for generations. Have always had a pleasant experience since 2012.
