Thought I would go in to pick up a quick sandwich and was horrified to see that virtually everything in the cut up. Preppings was either old, rotted or certainly not fresh. Fresh. The lettuce had to have been cut at least 3 days ago. They were rotted pieces of spinach. The onion had all dried out as had most of the tomatoes. There was only one person on duty who seemed exceedingly resentful at the fact that she had a customer, and did not even try to deny how unfresh the food was.

Horrible service!!! Used to be friendly staff. Now rude and operate as if they are the only place in town. I noticed they started covering up the meat section with the lid left open so you can't see how they're making your sandwich. I've never been to another subway that does that. I ordered and paid for double meat and did not get it. When I called, their solution was to have me bring the sandwich back the next day (still 10 minutes left until closing and I live 3 min away). How stupid is that? Mind you, I come here once a month and buy the same thing for my large family and spend $100. When I recommended a credit for the difference, they said "how do we know that you're telling the truth" as if people have time to make random calls to swindle Subway for free double meat. Then they hung up on me and would not pick up the phone. I don't know who the owner is but he or she needs to spend some more time at their store before the employees drive their business out of business. There are many bad reviews in the recent months and complaints are similar. You just lost $1200 per year in revenue in 5 minutes.

Lady overcharged me for the wrong sandwich. I even caught her like are u sure that’s the right sandwich, she said yea, and I paid $10 for a custom 6 inch like I’m made of money.

No bad.Average subway. There was no line at lunch.Person behind the counter did not speak clearly and was hard to understand and at times acted childish.

Don't order off the app. Arrived and samdwhich not ready much less started on. Spoke to worker and he confirmed that he had my order. Worker then started on order. Another patron came in 2 mins after confirmation and proceeded to be waited on by other associate. That customers order was filled and left before I was rang up. I unfortunately tipped 2 bucks on 1 samdwhich prior so DONT use app. You will be the least priority here. I've used app 3 dozen times won't here ever again. Didn't even give me napkins.

The subway is fine but it’s very disappointing they don’t participate with the promos for free or discounted subs through the app. I live nearby but order elsewhere for the deals.
