An old lady name Rebeca was really rude never had a bad experience at subway never coming back no wonder why was so empty I wanted to eat in my car and she kicked us out
Bread is always stale at this location. Gave them 4 tries, different breads, different days, and all were dried out with the consistency of paper. All orders have been online, so maybe that is the problem if they are using fresher bread for in-person orders, but I never smell bread baking at this location like at some others. Either way, I am local and really wish I could support this business, but a standard is a standard.

Bad customer service, The older Hispanic woman is always in a bad mood and rude. I work close so i could be coming pretty often but dealing with her is so draining. yall will lose my business and many other people’s if her attitude doesn’t improve. Nobody wants food made with rush and bad attitude.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. only go here if you are prepared to have the rudest service possible. I was early for my online pick up, and got yelled at for it. Then once my order was ready, they did not tell me it was ready and as I was sitting waiting I got yelled at AGAIN for not picking it up yet when they did not even tell me. They were upset at me for waiting on my phone as well. Specifically Rebecca's service was extremely rude and incredibly unprofessional.

The older, smaller woman was incredibly rude. She refused to put more than 6 pieces of onion on my FOOTLONG, even though I asked for extra onions. She said she wasn’t allowed. I have never had this issue at my 2 usual Subways. She was rude to every single person who was in the line with me. I wouldn’t eat here again even if it was the last place on Earth that had food. Will not ever be returning.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. Especially from the Spanish lady. She is very sarcastic. I wasn’t even done placing my order and she was already calling to pay. She never smiles, always in a bad mood and is always in a hurry like there was a long line when I was the only one placing an order. The other ladies are always friendly, smile, and are very kind.

No place to eat in here, but good, convenient take out. You can order in person, online, or on the app. Often have deals on subs and you can earn points for coupons or credit for your next meal. Also have wraps, salads and protein bowls- which are salads with cheese and double portion meat.

I like subway, but definitely this one I’ll never visit again. The two ladies aren’t friendly or kind in any way…. The Service every time was very poor.
Really like this subway. The folks here have always been welcoming and offer smiles. Great service. Always clean. Stop in, they'd like to see you.

Staff is terrible at the subway avoid if you can.
Thought I would go in to pick up a quick sandwich and was horrified to see that virtually everything in the cut up. Preppings was either old, rotted or certainly not fresh. Fresh. The lettuce had to have been cut at least 3 days ago. They were rotted pieces of spinach. The onion had all dried out as had most of the tomatoes. There was only one person on duty who seemed exceedingly resentful at the fact that she had a customer, and did not even try to deny how unfresh the food was.

Horrible service!!! Used to be friendly staff. Now rude and operate as if they are the only place in town. I noticed they started covering up the meat section with the lid left open so you can't see how they're making your sandwich. I've never been to another subway that does that. I ordered and paid for double meat and did not get it. When I called, their solution was to have me bring the sandwich back the next day (still 10 minutes left until closing and I live 3 min away). How stupid is that? Mind you, I come here once a month and buy the same thing for my large family and spend $100. When I recommended a credit for the difference, they said "how do we know that you're telling the truth" as if people have time to make random calls to swindle Subway for free double meat. Then they hung up on me and would not pick up the phone. I don't know who the owner is but he or she needs to spend some more time at their store before the employees drive their business out of business. There are many bad reviews in the recent months and complaints are similar. You just lost $1200 per year in revenue in 5 minutes.

Lady overcharged me for the wrong sandwich. I even caught her like are u sure that’s the right sandwich, she said yea, and I paid $10 for a custom 6 inch like I’m made of money.
