Great, friendly staff and love the outdoor seating, but under new owners, essentially one option for vegans (veggie sandwich w/o the cheese) and almost nothing for vegetarian, even. Listing a Cobb salad as a vegan-possible option illustrates the lack of real options; strip away all the meat of a Cobb and you get...lettuce, cuke, tomatoes. Disappointing, particularly when the previous Main Cup had great vegan/vegetarian options. Hope new owners reconsider the menu.

Visited last night with high expectations. First time since Bob and Kim sold the restaurant. Disappointed to say the least. Food tasted ok but zero on presentation. I had the steak salad and tho the steak was flavorful, the rest didn't offer much. one person got the sliders - 2 little burgers + 2 little crabcakes on a stark white plate with no accompaniment. Same with a lackluster cheese steak that looked a bit like creamed beef on a hoagie roll with no company. Unfortunately will have to spend my money elsewhere next time.

Main Cup is one of our go-to restaurants, as a family. We love the new menu (new owners) and the service is always fabulous. Friendly, helpful staff make every visit pleasant. It’s a little noisy when busy, which is an issue for the older, hard-of-hearing members of our family, but not a problem for most of us. Overall definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to say, I believe this restaurant was better under the previous ownership. The crab dip was changed during the switch and it was better before. The fish in the fish & chips is awful. There was so much batter, I almost couldn't find the fish! The sandwiches are served with the tiniest dab of aioli or ranch and when you ask for a little extra, you are charged 50¢. Seriously? Are you deliberately putting so little on so that you can sell it?? Also, prices are much higher now. Disappointing.

Fun,small town shop. They definitely show their appreciation towards Middletown sports. The ice cream is claimed to be homemade from a place in VA. I'd go back to try it again. I got an ice cream parfet with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice-cream with chocolate syrup. The strawberry ice cream tasted the best.
Menu offers a variety so there was something for everyone, even the picky eaters! Great service too!

This used to be me and my wife's to go place. Would easily visit 2 to 4 times a month schedules allowing and without a problem, spend a $100 on drinks and food.
Now it's barely a meal and a drink for each with how expensive it's become since the new owners. And the same stuff that they didn't get rid of on the menu just isn't that great, nor is it the large amount that you were paying for.
Just like Dempsey's in middletown, it's not worth going anymore
