“Vegan fast food chain in the Columbia Whole Foods. Seems kinda overpriced for the “fast food” experience, but if you sign up on their website you get a free welcome burger, so first trip will be cheaper lol. Lots of burger choices and cutomize-ability. I got a double cheeseburger and a crème brûlée milkshake. In retrospect I should’ve gotten a more interesting burger, but the milkshake was delicious and had a good consistency. Bf got a veggie burger on a chard leaf wrap, which is probably the healthiest option and was very flavorful. And green bean fries, which were a fun side option.“

“This shake shack is always super goof. Food is fresh and hot the service is friendly! Everything is usually pretty clean as well, I think maybe once it looked a little worse than usual but it was busy so forgivable.

This location does get pretty busy and it can get kind of loud but it's in an ideal location so makes sense. Wife and I love this place.“

“First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.“

When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. “Look: we all know what to expect at a chain right? The food and atmosphere is the same at any location, but here, the staff makes the difference.

We've been twice in the last few months when we were out and realized we just didn't want fast food again.

Both times we just sat at the bar and Dante served us. It was a pleasure sitting with him.

Yes, there were TVs everywhere. Yes, the food was good. But Dante and the staff? They set this location apart from the rest.“

“This is a favorite in southwest Baltimore County. I was referred there by a friend. A friendly place , if you have diet restrictions it’s not for you. Everything is on the same grill and cross contamination with the spatulas are for sure. Pork and beef touching everything. It’s crowded and a great breakfast spot for the area, and especially for the working people on the road.“

“I had to place a last minute order at your location on 3/31/22. I am a Show Runner for major productions in Maryland. The national artist asked for 35 burgers. 6 different types. It was 15 minutes before closing. Your team did not flinch. The manager(I regret I forgot his name) was on point. He helped me make sense of my order. The food came out hot and fresh. They were one of the best restaurant teams I have ever encountered in my 35 years of working productions in the Maryland, DC and Virginia areas. What was so great about them? Many times restaurants will not take large orders no matter how early we give them a heads up. Many restaurants have closing times posted but really they do not want take orders an hour before they close. We pay cash for all orders. The push back we receive from restaurants when we place orders amazes me. In this day and time when people are making hard choices on how to spend their money your team choose professionalism. “A quick note on the new maple BBQ whopper. It’s good, with a touch of spiciness from jalapeños, maple sweetness from the light basting of maple sauce and the maple bacon crumbles, with crispy onions, and American cheese. It’s a nice treat, especially the maple and the little bit of crunch. For me, it wont replace fresh taste of the regular whopper. This BK is east to get to on the south side of US-40. Quick, friendly drive-thru. Plenty of parking in their lot.

I usually go later in the evening so maybe it’s partly bc there are no crowds but they move things along quickly and the order is always correct. “Very helpful, clean environment. Drive thru is a little bit tight when 1st driving in but all in all I give 5 stars. It's all around very accommodating for fast food and unlike McDonald's their chicken jr actually tastes like real chicken, it ALWAYS comes hot and fresh and is a whole dollar cheaper. I have since stopped even going to McDonald's since burger king fits my needs just a okay!!! Also their new duo options are amazing I am hooked on the honey mustard chicken wrap!!!!! Num num nummy! “This was one of the worst service that we have had from Ruby Tuesdays. We come here a lot. I am not sure if Stacia is new or not but. We got our drinks and sat for 20 min until she came to take our order. We waited so long to get drink Refills that I had to ask another waiter to help. Then the appetizer came and to no surprise it was wrong. So here we are waiting for our appetizer and our food comes out completely wrong. My steak is cooked wrong. There’s no ribs on the plate and she took out forks so only one of us can eat so now how long do we have to wait to get another fork?About 10 minutes!!!! Asked for steak sauce, three times!!!! I am livid!! I am not one to complain. Hopefully she is new and can improve but for now she gets one star. The restaurant, however I still give five stars because the manager did make everything right and didn’t charge us for the meal. Shannon is awesome and we will still be returning.“
