There was almost no one and it took 40 min to fry some chips and make a salad. Very expensive considering what you get. Definitely will not go back.

If you're in Maryland, I believe it is the law to eat a crab cake at least once during your stay. Being an airport restaurant, the prices here were a bit high, but no higher than any other full-service airport eating establishment. The crab cake sandwich was delightful. There was very little filler in the cake (thank goodness!), and it was teeming with crabby yumminess. It could have used a bit more seasoning and some acid (a lemon wedge, maybe?). The fries were just the right amount of crispy outside to fluffy inside. They, too, could use some seasoning. Overall, a really good airport meal!

I'd say slow service but there's really no service at all. Server next to us was more willing to chat with a guy hitting on her. We asked if she could take our order and she didn't acknowledge us except to make racist remarks about us being white. Management, please address this issue.

The food was enjoyable, but the service could have been a bit welcoming. We ask the gentleman to clean the table/seat; he looked like he didn't want to do it. And when he did he gave it a less than thoughtful quick wipe leaving the seat still greasy from the food that was on the seat. He did not even check for completion. When we got our bill, the younglady gave us someone elses bill along with ours. We did not know she (Kacey the waitress) changed us twice till after our flight. We tried phoning the restaurant but Would have any fun restaurant could not get through. Upsetting that our Second Honeymoon started like this. It would be great if we could get that extra bill refunded. It would be nice if the restaurant would have a phoneline that works.?

I’d give it zero if possible. First off it is seat yourself, which would be fine if they ever served you. My wife and I sat 25 minutes and were never given a menu. The waitress continued to serve people who came in after us and she directly saw me wave to her multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous and massive attitude.

Seat yourself in this cozy airport themed restaurant. Turkey Avo Club was delicious but the bread was over toasted to it was a little too crunchy, not good for sensitive teeth or gums.
The Firkin burger was rated 7/10 by my picky eater who is 13.

Had some extra time after a delayed flight and thought we could sit down for a meal. What a mistake. The food was absolutely terrible - chicken tenders coated in cornmeal for my daughter and my turkey BLT was served with very slimy turkey breast and the mayo was sour. We immediately pushed our food to the side and waited for a our waitress to come by. Thirty minutes passed and our waitress walked by 3 times and ignored our uneaten meals sitting at the edge of the table as well as our empty water glasses. She was happy to bring the bill by at the end though. I was happy to pay with cash and leave no tip. Don't waste your time here.

Good food, nice selection of beer and wine but my goodness is it slow! Not sure if it's a lack of staff or what but it takes forever for servers to even notice you. My dirty appetizer plate was left on my table when my entree arrived. Really weird. The place is messy too, sticky tables and full trash can by the bar. Could be so much better!

Do yourself a favor, take your money and eat elsewhere in this airport. Nonexistent service, staff literally does not care. Dodged a bullet honestly, couldn’t imagine them even cooking anything thoroughly/properly if they can’t even do something as simple as take your order.

We have been here for 20 minutes and have yet to see a server even though we have asked two different servers if someone was working our section. They are not busy but the unseated tables are dirty and we had to bus the table we are at ourselves. It is very obvious, this place doesn't care about customer service. It is now 30 minutes and we are leaving.

We were welcomed within 4 minutes of sitting down. Food was served promptly by a very lovely server. Airport dining is never high on my list but I would find here again if I was at BWI again.
