I used delivery service. I requested notification of delivery by ringing the doorbell. That didn't happen. I ordered red pepper flakes. That didn't happen. What did happen is that they charged $5.50 for a delivery charge and I was asked to give a tip for the driver. I did ($6.16). Shouldn't the delivery fee be given to the one that delivered the pizza? Why are we asked to do both? My total for a large pepperoni pizza and an order of bread sticks came to $40.39!
A few months ago I had 3 consecutive orders not delivered to my house. The Assistant manager and manager were spoken to and they reimbursed me for the not delivered orders. My last two orders within 1 week have been delivered on time and the food was hot. The manager must be commended for the fast correction of the delivery issues.Thank you Manager for your professionalism..

Horrible, I ordered a pasta and wings, the pasta was so liquid, Alfredo pasta supposed to have kind of a thick texture, then I ordered wings and I asked for one ranch, mf told me it was 75 cents, like now I have to eat this wings dry. Y’all should give ranch when for free
