“I used delivery service. I requested notification of delivery by ringing the doorbell. That didn't happen. I ordered red pepper flakes. That didn't happen. What did happen is that they charged $5.50 for a delivery charge and I was asked to give a tip for the driver. I did ($6.16). Shouldn't the delivery fee be given to the one that delivered the pizza? Why are we asked to do both? My total for a large pepperoni pizza and an order of bread sticks came to $40.39!“

“I found Flames and Cones on line with rave reviews and all were correct. The pizza is the best I have had in a long time. All of the flavors meld together to perfection. “Awesome restaurant with a great selection of food. Atmosphere is nice as well. The food is amazing from the soups to pastries. Everything is mad from scratch I finally got to try a turkey club sandwich being that it's all turkey products. I also order the grilled salmon greens and yams. I tired the beans soup was phenomenal. My take home order was curry chicken salad 1/2lb, side of yams, mac n cheese. The sweetpotatie pie, bean pie & strawberry cheese cake was the desert taken home. My son and his friends had a great time, thanks to the patience and care from the staff. We can’t thank Keith enough for salvaging my our son’s birthday.“

Employees are always very polite and helpful great specials and tons of coupons when you sign up recommend stopping in and trying them out. So I placed my order online just driving over. Pizza came out fresh a few minutes later and was so delicious. I love how we were shown the pizza before officially leaving the store. I wish they would either open a spot in DC or go back to delivering to DC. Ordered the New Year's 4-Pork Special 12" pizza with pepperoni, salami, sausage, basil, asiago, and mozzarella cheese, minus the prosciutto (cutting down the salt intake) You can taste the spices in the red sauce. The pizza is not overwhelmed with cheese, but the cheese combination is delicious. The crust was lite and crisp. It was piping hot and stayed relatively hot to warm as we enjoyed this deliciously wood-fired pizza, with nothing left but crumbs. We paired it with the Homebrew award winning Paradiso Dunkelweizen beer, a nice Mellow taste. Great for a non-beer connoisseur. Okay, great corner location with free parking lot next door and street parking. Nice decor with plenty of seating inside with full panel glass doors that open to the patio during the hot summer days. Covered patio seating outside in front and side of building. Bar seating inside and outside as well as a heated tent. This location is handicap accessible. Mon-Tues closed. Wed-Thurs 4-9pm and Fri-Sat 1-9pm. Paid $43 for two drinks and pizza. The staff are welcoming. David our server was very attentive.Will return to sample other items on the menu.Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner next to the neighborhood. You can find parking on the street if none is available in the nearby parking lot.“

“It's weird knowing there's no original Ledo's anymore (for those of us who grew up with it). This spot is the closest we have now to the old real deal. Sometimes the pizza is perfection and sometimes they have off nights. Our most recent takeout order was definitely one of their good batches - the red sauce was perfect & the pizzas were all cooked just right. They were out of basil but otherwise had everything we ordered. Pro tip - there is a big difference between their bacon and their pre-cooked bacon for toppings. The regular bacon might as well be ham, it's not the crispy stuff you're expecting when you order bacon on a pizza. I'm a sucker for their red pizza with pineapple and precooked bacon (NOT regular bacon, I learned) & a white pizza with just sausage. I didn't spend much time in the restaurant as our order was ready and waiting but everyone I encountered during the pickup was super friendly and helpful. Can't wait for my next visit!“

It is all I wanted last night and there never would have been an issue. They do have good food and obviously better management in the day time. I hope they can fix things at night and hope to give them another try. Every place can have a bad night and I hope that their evening manager learns their lesson or they find a better one. Normally order and have no issues. Order through Grub Hub and my order is a few minutes late but no big. Then I open my boxes. Pizzas are wrong. First thing I do is check my email to make sure I didn’t screw up. Nope. Ok, call the store. Person on the phone is very rude. Blamed me until I read my email receipt to her. Well her solution is for me to keep it and they will give me free pizza next time? What? I ordered through a website and how will they remember to honor this promise anyway. No offer to send out correct food and is huffed when I don’t want to keep the wrong order. Ordered a pepperoni and extra cheese pizza and a mushroom and extra cheese pizza. Pepperoni and mushroom on a single pizza is not what we wanted. Currently waiting on them to pick up their pizza now. Only reason I got my money back is because I ordered through a third party site. In store customer service is awful. They can’t even master the simple words “sorry, let us fix this.” Prices are too high to put up with this again. If you order from this place do it from a third party site like grub hub, otherwise you might not get your money back when they screw up.“

This shopping center isn't flat, it's kind of on a slope, so pushing a wheelchair to a buisness may be difficult,I also can't remember how many locations on the curb have a ramp / recessed curve for wheelchair accessibility, so not only will you have to push the chair to the curve you may have to lift or pull the chair up on the curve.I have lived here for over 10 years and I don't see a lot of people in wheelchairs in this shopping center maybe that's why.And the majority of the counters in some of these establishments are high so someone in a wheelchair alone may have difficulty.“
