“I have been a Dough Run “regular” since shortly after they first opened. The food is wonderful. Unlike many other eateries, they have not gone to cheaper ingredients since the pandemic and you can tell by how fresh and tasty everything is. The sweets are amazing and if you are gluten-free they have an increasing number of items available for you. I highly recommend the gf/v “gruffins” and the lemon squares when available are not to be missed!”

“August 24. Five of us came to enjoy lunch together. Very disappointed. My ultimate grilled cheese was not ‘ultimate’. Very little cheese, no tomato, and crab cake/meat was sub par. Another lady received the wrong lunch and then had to send back her lunch when the correct order was brought. Another lady had to send back her hot fudge sundae. We were told the hot fudge was made last week! It would have been nice if a manager had come to our table. Have been coming to Manor Tavern for decades and have never been so disappointed. Am coming again in September. Hope things are a bit better!”

I didn't order anything bc I had already eaten but my husband got a few things and I couldn't resist how good it smelled! Since I was there Tyrone was super kind and gave us a few extras to sample and couldn't be any more satisfied with his customer service. “This place has the best pit beef and turkey sandwiches of all the pit beef places in Baltimore. It’s place that knows who they are and what they do well. I suggest carrying out. Parking can kind of be tough and seating is sparse. That’s not why you go there though. You go for the food which is consistently great. Know your order and you’ll be fine!”

We had to ask for standard condiments with meal( ketchup, cocktail , tartar) Waitress was rushed- threw our dessert forks on the table in one bunch and ran off. Checked with us a couple of times during meal(good), but seemed very rushed. It was busy. Service was ok, not great though, so when the four of us received the bill with the 20% gratuity added already for a “large party” ( 4 of us in a booth) we were surprised and not very pleased.”

Char is as acerbic as her espresso is smooth, the perfect combination, in this reviewer's opinion (which is apparently well regarded ;) ). ...and, if you're into road bikes, the selection and sourcing is unmatched.”
