the ice cream was delicious!! the service was very fast the employees were very kind. however the atmosphere was not so good it is very dirty it doesn't look like it's cleaned to often and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting its cleary never cleaned the floors were sticky and had dirt all over them and the mirror was so dirty. however i would highly recommend the reeses peanut butter ice cream.

I do not recommend ordering an ice cream cake online for pick up from here. They send it out to a third-party baker/decorator, and it appears that no one in store actually tracks the order once it has been sent out.
I ordered my daughter's birthday cake 12 days in advance and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. They went looking in the back and then told me the baker had not called them to tell them she couldn't make the cake so they didn't know it wasn't there until I showed up expecting to pick it up. I was left without a birthday cake hours before my daughter's birthday party. It was awful.
The staff was polite and refunded me.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. The kids working there messed up my order, went back to have it corrected and the kid wanted to debate! I told them what I ordered and she said thats what I gave you and when she looked at what I was returning she said "Oh" never apologized just remade my order and set it on the counter and walked away. I would rather walk barefoot over a football field covered in legos then spend money there again. AVOID THAT PLACE LIKE COVID-19!!!

one of the girls working tonight wasn't wearing a mask. she was standing very close with the other girls. the lack of concern for safety is astounding.

A nice trip with family to this little shop that is tied in with a Dunkin Doughnuts. The pralines and cream cone hit the spot and though it is a little place, they had a good representation of flavors to choose from as well as milkshakes. The employee kept the line moving.
