This place was so nice! I never expected sushi this good in the area. Perfect service, food was excellent. I got two sushi rolls and got to try the crab rangoon (theirs have maybe scallion in them and it makes them soooo good!), and the salmon skin salad. I was blown away by the quality and depth of flavor in their food. Highly recommend!

While some appetizers, like baked eggplant, may need improvement, favorites like shumai and tuna collar shine. Overall, the experience is highly recommended. The atmosphere is clean, although the lighting at the Mt Airy location can be dim. With many vegetarian options available, Katana Sushi Bar is a go-to spot for many diners, and they really treat their customers well.
