Usually my favorite. I understand new ownership, basically no sauces were out to have a sample with your meal! Ordered a Steak Quesadilla, NO Steak, Roast Beef! That’s not the same! Same for the “Steak “ Burrito! Roast Beef ! Sorry! Not going back!

First time going here and the experience was not good at all. As soon as they opened the restaurant my wife an I went to eat something. Usually you walk in a restaurant and is supposed to be fully cleaned, restrooms sanitized. This was not the case, my wife barely finished her meal and was upset how nasty the restrooms were. I went to the mens restroom and it was nasty, Sauces on the tables were old nasty. This comes all down to management . The cashier was a nice guy. Its a food place you need to clean the place up. Totally unacceptable

Three visits in a row, I picked up my carryout order, got home, and they didn't give the salad dressing for my salad. Not usually a big deal, but a mango salad doesn't really go with ranch dressing i have at home.

Horrible service they forgot my chicken on my taco and gave me just lettuce when I said, I want a chicken taco . And also very pricey for what I'm getting don't recommend if you're looking for a good taco. An affordable place to eat.

Tonight was the WORST meal I have ever had from California tortilla. Called order in, first mistake was calling in... the call taker could barely speak or understand English. This is America... English is our language. If you can't speak English, go back to your country... Beyond upset ? Called to speak to manager and was told he's not here and we don't know when he's coming back. A put me off. Maybe tomorrow. ??????????????????????????

What happened to this place? I’ve come to this place since it opened and a burrito combo was like 11 dollars. Now it’s over 15 dollars! Not to mention the burrito is smaller now then it has ever been, California tortilla used to have a decently packed burrito now it looks like something I could get at taco bell for 2.99. This isn’t a one time thing, this is the third time I came here and it’s been this way. Not to mention every drink that comes out of the coke machine (when it works) doesn’t even taste right it all taste like water and been that way for months. Then place is a shell of what it used to be. Increased the price, decreased the portions and took away everything that made them good. Whatever owner runs this place needs to quit money grabbing and give people something worth having. I rather it shut down and give me another chipotle because this parking lot is better then the current ones.

Never had a worse or more uninspired mexican style bowl in my life.Staff messed up our order, every ingredient was tasteless and old. My entire “steak” bowl probably had 3-4 pieces of meat in it.Go to chipotle instead for the same price.
