We love BBQ so we stopped by CarterQue for the first time for Saturday lunch. It turned out to be an excellent choice with great food along with great service. The prices are moderate, and there are a lot of choices on the menu.
Fantastic BBQ. The Black Raspberry sauce is incredible. Loaded tater tots are amazing and the pulled pork and brisket are tender and tasty. All the food here is awesome! Quick service too.
Egg rolls 10/10, cornbread 9.5/10 (not as good as my Meemaw’s), burnt ends 10/10, brisket sammie 10/10, dang good hush puppies, lean brisket still tender w/ fantastic flavor, fries are prob better fresh but not notable, the ribs! Oh lord have mercy them ribs! They’re fall off the bone tender, delicious, perfectly smoked, top quality make you slap the table ribs! Between the ribs n the brisket i can’t pick which i like more.
